The Will of Magyk

Last Will and Testament of the Honourable Magyk Sunwing, Duke of Duskwither, Spellbreaker General, Magister-Lord of Quel’thalas, of Sunwing Spire, Eversong Woods.

I, Magyk Sunwing, being of sound mind and body, hereby revoke all previous documents pertaining to the distribution of my rightful possessions after my death. I proclaim that my residence is Sunwing Spire, Eversong Woods, and that I am survived by direct heir, my Granddaughter Xondra Sunwing, daughter of Voethenra, my adopted daughter. The subsequent bequests are to be enacted upon the event of my demise.
First, my fortune, amassing to a total sum at the time of writing of seven billion, two hundred and thirty four million, nine hundred and forty six thousand gold pieces, shall be split thusly:
-To the State of Quel’thalas, I leave one billion gold pieces, on the condition that the State fund the rebuilding of our most glorious Sunwell Plateau.
-To Catari Bladesinger, I leave five hundred thousand gold pieces, to use as she see fits, on the condition that it benefits our Kingdom.
-To Sylvanas Windrunner, I leave five hundred thousand gold pieces, to use in arming her people against their enemies.
-To my brother Jus’tas, I leave five hundred thousand gold pieces.
-To my sister Shara, I leave five hundred thousand gold pieces
-The remainder of my gold is to be given over to my Granddaughter Xondra at the rate of one million gold pieces per year.

Second, my estate, consisting of Sunwing Spire, Duskwither Spire, my offices in Silvermoon and all other proprietary assets, I leave to my Granddaughter Xondra.

Thirdly, my personal effects, of which there are many.
-To the Kingdom of Quel’thalas, I return the crown of our forerunners. I did harbour ambitions to one day wear it, but clearly, that was never to be.
-To Arli Sunblade, I leave my collection of poisons and antidotes, as well as my fine selection of elven knives and daggers, may he find a use for them in his line of work.
-To Catari Bladesinger, I leave my Spellbreaker armour. Having served me well throughout my life, I hope now, after some adjustment, it can protect her as I should have.
-To Jaelen Sunwhisper, I leave my copies of the Telepathia Arcanum and Of Demonics, Pyre and Shadoe, so he better understand what power he can command.
-To the Magocracy of Dalaran, I leave my extensive library, safe in the knowledge that my books will be cared for.
-To the Undercity, I gift what remains of the Crown of Lordaeron, recovered as it was after the fall of the great kingdom.
-To the Tauren Tribes, I gift an ancient mithril edged spear, as a gesture of peace and of their superior powers of the hunt.
-To the Exodar, I gift my Spellbreaker shield, in recompense of the atrocities my kin have wrought upon the Light-blessed race.
-To Ironforge, I gift my small collection of Titan artifacts, in the hope that the Dwarves discover more about their mysterious past, and as appreciation for the quarterly shipment of Coldridge Winter-Whisky.
-To Stormwind, I return the single fragment of the Great Royal Sword of Stormwind that I own, in the hope that the King can remember a time when my kin fought alongside his.
-All else I leave to my granddaughter Xondra.

Next, my businesses. Sunwing Enterprises spans all of Azeroth.
-All businesses within the realm of Quel’thalas are to be turned over to their current overseers, unless my Granddaughter sees fit to retain control of them for the betterment of their workers.
-My Kalimdorian mining operations, I leave to the Steamwheedle Cartel, in the hopes that they will continue with due care and attention to the feelings of the Tauren tribes.
-I am quite happy for Jaelen Sunwhisper to maintain the assets I have gifted him with, providing he has turned a profit of over fifty thousand gold pieces at the time of reading.
-All else I leave to my Granddaughter Xondra.

I direct that after seven days of my death my remains shall be laid out in the finery of my Lordship, and set out to sea off the Western coast of Eversong Woods, and my body, and funeral pyre, are to be cremated after seven minutes and seven seconds. All funeral expenses shall be paid out of my estate.

As witnesses we declare that we are of sound mind and of legal age to witness a will and that to the best of our knowledge Magyk Sunwing is of legal age to make a will, appears to be of sound mind and signed this will willingly and free of undue influence or duress. We declare that he signed this will in our presence as we signed as witnesses in the presence of each other, all being present at the same time. Under penalty of perjury we declare these statements to be true and correct on this 24th day of October in the year 625 by the King’s Calendar at Sunwing Spire, Eversong Woods.

Let it be known that Xondra Sunwing does indeed see it fit to take control of all Sunwing businesses within the realm of Quel’thalas for the betterment of their workers.
