Character Drawings

The workshop of the famed Goblin artist Gra'salg is situated on the upper floors of the Drag. his services are offered only to the richest and most powerfull individuals, due to the heavy fee he places upon creating a wonderous portrait of customers. For those who can't pay, or simply can't be bothered to even take the sketch or painting away with them he takes their characatures and places them in his gallery. For a modest fee punters can view the numerous works, which line the walls of the second floor of his hovel. Here you find all manner of artwork, from Portraits of visitors to historic individuals, maps, for he is a skilled cartographer and avid map-collecter (and salesman) and landscape sketches. Punters can even evaluate the work, in a small book in the gift shop, for a small fee of a copper. Positive comments cost a copper more.

This is a very early concept image of my paladin Whytan, one of my alts. Back in the days when she was still called Whitney. She's been around for -years- now.. Starting out in earlier games. I'm trying to come up with a good picture for Aramorth and Emmelina, but alas.. my "muse" has left me ;p

I found it! Oh awesome to see character drawings! I hope people will post more stuff in here cause I really love seeing how people imagine their characters or others.

Thank you, Gerrond and Nainiri It would be so nice to see more of others drawings too. I've noticed quite many WoW players have a secret talent of drawing very nicely but they seldom bring it out for others to see. So don't hesitate!

Mmm, pretty pictures...

Imma gonna ruthlessly burst in and break the form here, by going from character drawings to character art. In this case, as KoLers can likely guess already, namely character-influenced music. It's all images and settings in my head anyway :p I hope no one minds.

First, a song called The Herald. It's heavily inspired by KoL's very own badass villain, Ishsah Winterspear, Herald of the Legion. I was gonna go for "theme song", but in the end, the result is more like background music for a trailer-like montage of Ishsah doing deeds of wicked evil while the KoL try (in vein) to stop her.

Next, A Knight Without A Country, which was inspired by something Hollye said IC, but it's more a theme for the concept of KoL than any specific character. I did often picture Alfos in my head when working on it though.

Finishing off with something more generic again, Last Stand of Lordaeron which I made based on the events before and after the big Battle of Hillsbrad RP-PvP event back before Cata launch. The preparation, the dedication and the defeat.
