We have received your note. Though I am not sure what you wish to achieve which such a badly written letter, you can join us at the meeting this sunday at 18:30. I personally have not been informed of this incident, I am sure people have tried to contact the colonel who had the post before me.
Just a friendly hint: when you make mistakes in your writing, it is adviced to rewrite the whole letter. If that is somehow hard for you there are scribes you may use in the councilhall and in my personal office. This letter with half of its content scratched out is an insult to my eyes, forgive me for being so blunt.
